The European Consumer Protection Regulations state that you have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within 14 days of purchase. You can return any item to us for a full refund (or replacement) within 14 days. All returned items must be unopened, unused/unworn and returned with all accessories/batteries and packaging.
Unless the return item is faulty, you have to send them back at your own expense.
Items must be tested before being used intimately. Always turn on battery powered items before use to make sure they work. If you fail to notify us of a fault or problem you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and that they are in working condition.
If items are returned in a dirty condition they will be disposed of safely and no refund will be issued. Any returns sent back in a used condition will be photographed before they are disposed of.
Faulty items will only be tested if they are returned in a clean condition.
Items that are returned as faulty but are found to be in working condition will be returned to you at your own expense.
Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and we will only issue a refund on items that are unopened/unused and not significantly damaged.
For hygiene reasons RampantRabbitHeaven will under no circumstances accept returns of adult toys if they have been opened and or used.
Returning a faulty item
If a product is faulty, please give an exact description of the fault and return it in its original box including all accessories for a full refund or replacement within 14 days of purchase. All returns are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are working.
Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products and wrap them securely in a plastic bag, in the original product box and pack them safely.
How to Return Goods
Before returning goods to us, you should let us know by email at returns@rabbitvibratorheaven.co.uk Please include your order number.
Once you have done this please enclose a note giving the reason for the return as well as your order number. Wrap the package securely and send it to the address we give you.
